DARK ARMPIT

They are so embarrassing.

It's not a surprise that so many people have this problem. They are reasons your  armpit could be darker than they should be. Some of this reasons could be from shaving, buildup of dead skin cells, antiperspirant and deodorant usage.

 

SHAVING- when you shave you cut the hairs off at, or just below the surface of the skin. If your hairs are darker than your  skin color, they can give the appearance that your skin has a dark surface when it's really just sub- surface hair. 

What to do about it.

If you have the habit of shaving like me lol, you should stop shaving and try waxing( it could be really painful but it's worth it). Waxing last for like 3 months or less.

You could try plucking instead so you get rid of the hair of the hair below the skin surface. Since the aren't looking close to the top of your skin, they wouldn't be as visible.

BUILDUP OF DEAD SKIN CELLS.

According to some dermatologist, dark spots under your arms are the result of dead skin cells that are trapped in microscopic hills and valley on your skin. 

ANTIPERSPIRANT AND DEODORANT USAGE.

In theory, some ingredients in these products could be reacting with the skin to cause discoloration. This seems unlikely but many people do claim this when they stop using APDs, that their dark skin goes away.

What to do about it :

Try switching brands or using a deodorant instead of an antiperspirant. You may stink a bit more, but hello! The left brain lives for experiment like that.

HAIR STYLES THAT SUITS YOUR FACE SHAPE

We mostly think all hairstyle fits us.

Most of us see a particular hair on another girl and you like it and you must do it. We forget that that we all have different face shape. For example a person with an oval face shape is on a short bob hair and a person with a round face shape likes the hair and wants to make it by all means thinking it would look good on her. Am not saying it wouldn't, but it will make the face look fuller than it is already.

So I would be talking about various face shape with hairstyles that fits.

OVAL- if you have an oval face shape, you are the luckiest because you can get away with almost all types of hairstyles. Eg shoulder length: this hair style is great for showing off fabulous features. 

Bangs (fringe)- if you have an oval face shape, then you can get away with all types of bangs.

Why not try bulb?. This hair style is chic, sophisticated and also shows off your facial features.

If you have thin hair keep it short, also a few layers will add body to your hair.

SQUARE: if you have a square face shape then you should consider short or medium length hairstyles.

Do you want fringes? You should stay away from long side-swept bangs, which will soften a square face.

 long hairstyles: long straight hairstyles should be avoided as they will only accentuate your square jawbone. 

However if you still want long hair, opt for long layers around your face because they would look great on you.

HEART: if you want a short hair style: keep the cut layered. You may want to think about side fringe with your short hair, they would look gorgeous on your face shape and they emphasize your eyes and cheek bones.

Got long hair?

Long hair really suits your face shape.

Try long soft layers- they will soften your cheek area as long as you keep the layer.

Do you want or have curly hair?

Keep the length of your hair just below your chin, if you have frizzy hair then try using a heavy conditioner as the frizzier and curliest your hair is the drier it tends to be.

Bangs? Brow lent bangs looks great on heart shaped faces, if you do not want to try this, then you can go for side swept bangs (side fringe). This helps balance out your face shape.

ROUND FACE SHAPE: let see what hairstyle looks best on you.

Long, straight hairs looks great on you.

Add bangs to your long hair. Side bangs or scanty bangs, just make sure that they sweep the brows.

Shoulder length hair looks great on all face shape, it's not too long and it's not too short.

RECTANGULAR FACE SHAPE 

there are some hairstyles to avoid; styles that are short, medium length with long top layers.

Why not try straight across bangs, or a chin length bob?

 

DO YOU HAVE A TRIANGULAR FACE SHAPE? 

Why not try: short hairstyles with a lot of volume.

Long hairstyles with a lot of volume, also try full bangs. They help cover up your forehead and make it appear wider.

DIAMOND FACE SHAPE

Hairstyles that add width at the chin area such as chin length bob, cut or shoulder length. 

Also hairstyles with full bangs will also shorten long faces.

THE COLOR BROWN

Brown is the color of our earth and is associated with all things natural or organic.

The color brown is said to be a serious, down to earth color signifying, structure and support. 

It encourages a strong need for security and a sence of belonging, with family and friends being utmost importance.

It is sensual, sensitive and warm, engaging one in a feeling of calmness and comfort.

It supplies a feeling of wholesomeness.

It provides a connection with the earth and gives a sense orderliness and convention.

Brown is a neutral color that is typically associated with seasons of fall and winter.

The color brown is a warm color that stimulates the appetite. While sometimes considered dull.

It also represents steadfastness,simplicity, friendliness,dependability  and strength.

It's a color which affects the mind and body by creating feelings of wholesomeness and peace.

Earthy, relaxing, confident, casual, nature, 

Solid, reliable, genuine, autumn, endurance, security, healthy, home, foundations and honesty.

THE COLOR PURPLE

There is more to the color purple than just royalty. Well that's what I always thought it was.

Purple is the color of the imagination.

It can be creative and immature and impractical.

Purple is a color that defines luxury.

From rich velvets to Royal branding, this color is regarded as perfect and ideal. 

As it defines the heat of red and the calmness of blue.

This color helps fulfilling deep thoughts and aspiration.

Purple stands for magic,mystery, creativity and emotional balance. 

It defines pure and compassionate love, wisdom, void of ego.

It is a color that people may like or hate.

It is the most loved color.

If a person is born in a royal and rich family, the phase, "Born to the purple" is used.

    THE POWER OF PURPLE

Violet color is mostly suggested for meditation, deep sleep, and calmly an irritated mind.

Darker shades like deep purple defines luxury and also gloom, sadness and faustration.

Lighter shades of violent and lavender shows sensuality, romance, creativity, and most of all the positive traits.

Most men love the dark purple whereas women prefer the lighter shades of purple.

DAMAGED

The loneliest people are the kindest.

The saddest people smile the brightest.

The most damaged people are the wisest. All because they do not wish to see anyone else suffer the way they do.

I thought at the time I couldn't be horrified anymore or wonder. I suppose that's a common conceit, that you've already been so damaged that damage itself, in its totality makes you safe.

You cannot patch a wounded soul with a band aid.

It's difficult to undo our own damage, and to recall to our presence that which we have asked to leave.

We stand alone wondering what the world  holds, legs and hands shaking from the cold.

Our heart keeps beating from the unknown, as we walk through the journey of life not really understanding what life is all about.

We keep thinking to ourself will we be able to complete with life. 

As a little girl all I wanted was the taste  of what life has to offer. Not that I do not have the best or the worst, I just believed there was more to life than I already have.

I met people with different goals thinking if I will be able to keep up with them.

I kept trying, it seems possible but possibility was just an understatement.

I tried to live with the pleasure of life but the pressure was too much, I thought I could handle it.

I found myself drowning, I tried to escape the weaves of the ocean but it seems like  I was lost, I kept hoping I would find myself but seems all hope was lost.

WHAT TO DO?

I struggled but in the end I was left empty nothing was left of me. 

I was like a scattered mug, trying to fix myself. 

But I guess that's all that's left of me PIECES

WHAT'S YOUR FACE SHAPE

I have discovered many people do not actually know their face shape. Most  times you see some  hairstyles on people and you be like girl you shouldn't be doing this but then everyone likes to do what they think it's good for them.

   How to know your face shape 

Well it's very easy. What you have to do first is finding what face shape you do have if its an Oval, round, square, rectangle, heart,triangle and diamond face shape.

 90percent of girls think they have a round face. Well there is nothing wrong in having a round face. In a normal world most people want an over face. That doesn't mean if you have an over face you have a prettier face.

For those who think they have a round face, here are some tips to help.

Tip1 

- grab a tape  measure, pencil and a piece of paper.

- measure your face across the top of your cheek bones..... Then write down the measurement on the piece of paper.

- measure across your jawline, from the widest point to the widest point. Then write down the measurement on the piece of paper.

- measure from the tip of your hairline to the bottom of your chin.

It's time to see what face shape you have.

You have an oval face shape if: the lenght 

Is equal to one a time the width.

- you have a rectangular face shape if: your face is longer than it is wide.

- you have a heart shaped face if: narrow at jawline and wide at cheekbones and (or) forehead.

- you have a square shaped face if: your face is about as wide as it is long.

- you have a triangular face shape if: your face is narrow at the temples and is wider     at the jaw bone.

- you have a diamond face shape if: your face is widest at the cheek bones and if narrow forehead and jawline of approximately equal widths. 

       Tip2

This is much easier for those of us that can't go through the stress of measuring with a tape and all that.

All you have to do is stand in front of a mirror with your hair packed away from your face, draw out your face with a marker or something that can easily clean.

- step back a bit and you will see if you have a round face.

They are best used in foods and restaurants as they encourage social communications and also increase hunger.

Kids are attracted to orange not only kids  trust me.

-In Buddhism monks wear yellow-orange colored robes as its associated with saints.

-It stands as the symbol of in expensive items and Halloween in the us.
